Two flex buildings – 27,000sf and 48,000sf, respectively – with quick access to Interstate 70 via Greencastle Pike and Interstate 81 via the new Halfway Blvd Extended. Bays are 3,000sf. One building will have all drive-ins, one will have all docks. Highway Interchange zoning provides for large variety of uses – HI is the most flexible commercial zoning in Washington County. Each bay will be a cold, dark shell and we have the in-house ability build the space out to tenant specifications.
