The Bowman Business Park currently consist of five attractive brick masonry buildings with glass-fronted storefront entrances and rear dock doors. Up to 36,000 sf of flex space for office, showroom, industrial or warehouse use is available. The flexible design provides spaces as small as 1,500 sf with most available spaces being 3,000 sf and 6,000 sf. We can finish the spaces to meet the tenant’s specific needs.
