Our Precision Place Warehouse in the North End of Hagerstown will undergo a complete remodel.
This will create 2 totally renovated 14,200 SF buildings that can be leased AS IS or to meet tenant requirements.
This site has high Interstate visibility from I-81 Exit 9.

Newgate II will add an additional 355,200SF of warehouse space to our existing site.

Offices at the Lodge
The Masonic Lodge is a historic building acquired in 2017 by Bowman Development. Located adjacent to the Potomac Walk, this building will house office space on the top two floors, in addition to retail and possibly a restaurant on the main floor. The basement floor contains two large banquet halls, a commercial kitchen and a stage.

Downtown Urban Education Complex
Bowman Development will begin work on the Downtown Urban Education Complex. This building will house classrooms, administrative spaces and a multipurpose room for Barbara Ingram School for the Arts. Access will be available to both BISFA and the Maryland Theatre within the building.
