Masonic Temple

Bowman Development is excited to announce that we are in the process of purchasing the Masonic Temple in Downtown Hagerstown. This historic building is adjacent to the Potomac Walk and will house office space on the top two floors, in addition to retail and possibly a restaurant on the main floor. The basement floor contains two large banquet halls, a commercial kitchen and a stage. We are welcoming prospective tenants to contact us with their ideas about the space.
